Emanuele Pagani has a diverse work experience in UX design and leadership roles, beginning in 2006 as a Product Designer at I&Co. Emanuele later founded Inkstinct in 2009, leading UX and UI design efforts until 2021. Emanuele also served as a Creative Director at Kittyhawk and Cloud4Wi, contributing to brand identity and marketing strategies. Prior to their current role as Head of UX at Moonware, they held positions at companies like Uber and Google, focusing on UX design for innovative projects such as aerial ridesharing and digital platforms.

Emanuele Pagani obtained a Diploma of Education in Graphic design, Photography, Illustration, Web design, and Marketing from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Informatics at the University of Ferrara in 2001-2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as environmental sustainability, UX research, social media, SEO, and brand bidding.
