Milica Ili?i? is an experienced professional in communications, research, and education, currently serving as the Director of Communications at Moonshots Capital since February 2022, where Milica writes internal and public-facing communications for a venture capital firm. Milica is also a member of VC Platform and Global Women in VC. Prior to this, Milica contributed to Poesis & Praxis, assisting clients in creating educational and commercial materials. Milica's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Comparative Literature from Columbia University, where Milica also held roles as Curriculum Developer, Project Manager, Course Instructor, and Graduate Instructor. Milica co-founded Kultur Kolektiv, promoting culture and arts in Serbia, and served as Editor-at-Large for Kultur!Koko?ka, significantly growing the publication's audience and engagement.
