Iain Swinton is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing large teams and complex processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Moonpig since August 2023, Iain previously held the position of General Manager at Gousto, where leadership encompassed a 1,000-person team delivering 600,000 meals weekly. Prior roles include MegaLab Process Lead at the Department of Health and Social Care, where Iain was instrumental in managing a 2,200-person workforce, and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon UK, overseeing a facility with 4,500 employees and a daily output of 625,000 parcels. Iain has also held managerial positions in the Eurofins Group and held leadership roles in various production and quality management capacities earlier in the career. Iain holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Management from the University of Bath.
