Michał Pałys-Dudek is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at MoonPay since March 2023, Michał is involved in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer-facing platforms for both web and mobile. Previously held the same title at MoonPay from July 2020 to September 2022, contributing to the company's mission of facilitating seamless fiat to cryptocurrency transactions. Michał co-founded FOCUSSON, where innovative qualitative data analysis software and online focus groups were developed. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Engineering at The Dots Global, Lead Developer at NEVERBLAND, and various roles at UGAME and Fnatic. Michał holds a Master's degree in IT and Econometrics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
