Daniel Lainez is a skilled professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Moonfare since July 2023, Daniel previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Intern. Experience also includes a position as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition at GEA Group from June 2022 to May 2023, and as a Search Specialist at BairesDev from September to December 2021. Earlier roles consist of Customer Service Agent at Knoah Solutions and COO at Lili's Roses, a family-owned flower shop, enhancing management skills. Daniel's career began with an internship at BAC Credomatic in late 2019. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Arden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
