Abdul W. is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a focus on offensive security and penetration testing. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at Moonfare since February 2023, Abdul previously held the role of Senior Penetration Tester at Security Research Labs from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Abdul was the Pentest Team Lead and a Senior Security Engineer at Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd. from April 2017 to November 2021. Responsibilities throughout Abdul's career have included penetration testing across various platforms, conducting vulnerability assessments, executing red team exercises, developing security tools and exploits, and participating in capture the flag (CTF) events and bug bounty programs. Abdul began the journey in cybersecurity as a Penetration Tester intern at Punjab University College of Information and Technology and also served as a Teacher Assistant. Abdul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Punjab University College of Information and Technology, completed in 2017.
