Philip Wray

Director Business Unit, Rotary Systems Sustainment at Moog

Philip Wray has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Philip is currently working as the Director of Business Unit, Military Global Sustainment at Moog Inc., a position they have held since October 2021. Philip also served as the Business Development Manager at Moog Inc. from March 2020 to October 2021.

Prior to their time at Moog Inc., Philip worked at TERMA North America Inc. as the Director of Programs from an unspecified date in 2018 until March 2020.

From 2015 to 2018, they held a role in Program Management at F15 FMS.

Philip also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at an unspecified company from March 2014 to 2015.

Before their civilian career, they served in the Royal Australian Air Force, holding various positions including WGCDR from December 2010 to January 2014, Squadron Leader from January 2010 to December 2010, Squadron Leader from January 2008 to January 2010, and Squadron Leader from June 2006 to January 2008.

In addition, Philip served as a Member of Professional Services at Riverside Research Institute from January 2005 to June 2006.

Philip'scareer began in the Royal Air Force, where they held the position of RAF Liaison Officer - Special Projects from December 2001 to December 2004. Philip also served as SO2 Eng2 (Senior Communications Officer) from July 2001 to December 2001 and Officer Commanding 840 Signals Squadron Detachment from July 1998 to July 2001.

Before joining the Royal Air Force, Philip was the Officer Commanding Mobile Airfield Aids & Radar Flight from September 1996 to January 1998.

Philip Wray has a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from UNSW, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Philip also attended the Australian Command and Staff College for a program in Command & Leadership in 2010. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Systems Engineering from the Royal Military College of Science, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Philip'searly education took place at Hopefield High School from 1977 to 1982.
