Adept in service governance and technology operations, Rich has successfully managed large-scale teams and orchestrated transformational leadership initiatives throughout a robust career spanning over two decades in the financial and tech sectors. Rich holds advanced degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management and Stevens Institute of Technology, including a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
