Kathryn M. Hill is the Director at Moody's Corporation. Kathryn has previously held positions at NetApp, Moody's Corporation, and Cisco Systems.
Hill began their career in engineering at Hughes Network Systems in 1982. In 1997, they joined Cisco Systems as the SVP and General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the global P&L for a $12B product business. This included Ethernet switching, wireless LAN, routing, and security products across Enterprise and Service Provider customer segments. Kathryn also led a global team of over 3000 employees.
During their time at Cisco Systems, Hill was also a member of the Development Council, where they lead the global team building the product portfolio that generated $36 Billion in sales. In addition to their primary responsibilities, they were also a member of Cisco’s Operating Committee, Architecture Council, Commercial Business Council, and Diversity Council.
Hill left Cisco Systems in 2011 to join NetApp. In their current role as Director at Moody's Corporation, they are responsible for the company's global product strategy and business development.
