Alana Althans is an accomplished executive talent attraction professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human capital consulting. Currently serving as AVP - Executive Talent Attraction at Moody's Corporation since November 2021, Alana has also held roles including Senior Executive Recruiter and Senior Recruiter for Moody's Investors Service. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at On-Ramps, where Alana worked as a Search Consultant, contributing to the firm's mission of supporting organizations focused on social change.
