Owen is an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer based out of the Galveston Downtown Banking Center. He has been with Moody Bank for 15 years. Owen holds a BBA from Baylor University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and an IBM eServer Certified Specialist. He is a longtime resident of Sugar Land, where he volunteers with Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
