Rose Ann Abraham, is a partner with Baker Tilly, joined the firm in 2006. She has worked in public accounting since 2001. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits and manages the Chicago region’s employee benefit plan audit practice.

Rose Ann is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion and works both internally and externally to promote the cause within organizations. She leads Baker Tilly’s diversity and inclusion initiative, SOAR (Supporting Opportunity, Advancement and Recognition for all) for Illinois. She is also a member of the firm’s national SOAR Committee. Outside Baker Tilly, she champions diversity and inclusion as a board member of Ascend (Midwest chapter), a Pan-Asian leadership organization dedicated to enhancing the presence and influence of current and future Pan-Asian business leaders. Being a strong believer in the power of mentorship, Rose Ann is also a board member of Step Up (suwn.org), Chicago chapter. The organization is dedicated to empowering girls from under-resourced communities to become confident, college-bound, career-focused and ready to join the next generation of professional women.
