Hillary Maxwell, CPTM, has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Senior Training and Development Manager at Mood Media since April 2014. Responsibilities include the development of the Account Management and Sales teams through various training modalities and hosting calls to share successful strategies. Prior to this role, Hillary held several positions at Mood Media from January 2000 to November 2012, including Regional Training Manager and Key Account Market Manager, where duties encompassed onboarding, coaching, and team development. Additional experience includes client relations, technical support management, and various roles in customer service and human resources across multiple organizations.
