Erin Gamage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business insights and operational analysis. Currently serving as the Business Insights Manager at Mood Media since January 2006, Erin leads a team in the global implementation of Redshift and Tableau, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and metrics for measuring business success. Previous roles include Operations Analyst Process Controls, Fleet Operations Manager, Lead Account Specialist, and Client Satisfaction Specialist, all at AlphaGraphics from September 2004 to October 2005. Erin began a career in graphic design as a Graphic Designer at AlphaGraphics and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned in 2003.
