Veronique Merriam Barbosa is a seasoned professional in the fintech industry, currently serving as the Head of Loyalty Rewards at Monzo Bank since May 2023. Prior experience includes co-founding and holding multiple leadership roles such as Co-CEO, CEO, and COO at Flux from October 2016 to November 2022, where Veronique contributed to significant integrations and receipt management. Veronique also co-chaired the Partnerships Workstream for Tech Nation, focusing on fostering collaboration among fintechs and financial institutions from June 2021 to March 2022. Previously, Veronique played a crucial role in business development as Head of Partnerships at Revolut and was part of the Debt Capital Markets Origination team at Morgan Stanley. Educational background includes a Master's in Management from the London School of Economics and an MSc in International Management from HEC Paris.
