Senior Product Marketing Manager at Monzo

Tom Mills has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Tom is currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Monzo Bank since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nationwide Building Society for several years in various roles. From November 2020 to June 2022, Tom served as a Strategic Marketing Planner, and then as a Product Marketing Manager for Business Banking from April 2018 to October 2020. In these roles, they were involved in customer research, co-authored a successful bid for funding, influenced product development, and managed brand identity and messaging. Before that, Tom worked as a Marketing Proposition Manager from October 2016 to April 2018, where they focused on creating new products and services aligned with the company's brand strategy. Tom also served as an Owned Marketing Manager - CRM from November 2015 to October 2016, leading retention and cross-selling efforts through various marketing channels. Tom's earlier positions at Nationwide Building Society include Marketing Communications Executive and Marketing Officer. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at Nationwide in 2011.

Tom Mills attended New College, Swindon from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued 3 A levels in Communication Studies, Media, and Business Studies. Tom then went on to study at Bournemouth Uni from 2009 to 2012, completing a degree in Advertising with Marketing Communications. In 2012, they briefly attended the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, University of London, enrolling in an Art Direction Short Course focused on Advertising.
