Gavin Tinsley is an experienced professional currently serving as a Fraud Investigator at Monzo Bank since June 2023. In addition, Tinsley has worked at Cardiff City Football Club as a Customer Service Steward since August 2018, assisting fans during events with various inquiries. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Metro Bank from November 2019 to June 2023, where Tinsley focused on customer inquiries and account setups, and at Principality Building Society for a brief period in May to July 2019. Tinsley holds a Master of Arts in Games Enterprise from the University of South Wales (2017-2018) and a degree in Computer Games Enterprise from the same institution (2013-2017), in addition to completing GCSEs and A-Levels at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf (2006-2013).
