Navtej Saini is an experienced Program Lead currently overseeing the BIPOC Real Estate Incubator at Monumental, leading the FutureBUILDS initiative aimed at fostering equitable urban development. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at NACO Canada, where responsibilities encompassed project planning and managing multiple virtual events, and Program Manager at Techstars, directing the Colliers Proptech Accelerator and engaging over 150 global mentors. Saini has a strong background in program management, client engagement, and event execution, supported by education in Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University and continuing education in Program Management from the University of Toronto. Additional experience includes program coordination and project management across various non-profit organizations and creative ventures.
