TJ Shafer is a seasoned professional in the land and resource management sector with extensive experience as a Partner at Monument Resources LLC since March 2014. Prior to this role, TJ served as a Registered Landman from September 2004 to February 2014, overseeing various client needs in land work. Additionally, TJ worked as a Forester at Northeast Texas Land & Timber from March 2000 to September 2004, where responsibilities included buying timber and timberland for logging crews and merchandising processed timber to maximize profits. TJ is an alumnus of Ouachita Baptist University.
