Jason P Lambert's work experience starts with their role as a Hydrologic Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 2006, where they retrieved, analyzed, and presented data for hydrologic modeling and supported senior hydrologists. JASON P then worked as a Water Resources Engineer at RESPEC from 2007 to 2011, providing solutions for environmental problems related to water systems and mining operations. In 2011, Lambert became an Ambassador for Rotary International, traveling to India and building lasting relationships for future business endeavors. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an Operations Development Engineer at Schlumberger. Lambert joined Monument Health in 2016 and held various roles, including Project Manager, Operations Manager for the Center for Connected Health, Director of Patient-Centered Design, and currently serves as the Director of Insights & Analytics. JASON P has been with Monument Health since 2016.

Jason P Lambert completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines between 2003 and 2010. JASON P also obtained a certification in Data Monetization Strategy: Creating Value Through Data from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2024.
