Nathan Minshew is an experienced operations and process engineer currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Process Engineer at Monument Chemical since July 2021. Prior roles include Process Engineer at KMTEX LLC and Finishing (Extrusion) Improve Engineer at ExxonMobil, where expertise in project leadership and troubleshooting was demonstrated.
