Tracie Roberts has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Tracie started their career as the VP of Operations at VendorTech in 1999 and held the role until 2005. Tracie then joined Fathom IT Solutions as the Director of Operations in 2005, before being promoted to VP of Client Services at Fathom in 2006. Tracie remained in the role until 2014. In the same year, Tracie became a Vice President at Montville Plastics & Rubber and Iron Horse Engineering Company.

Tracie Roberts has studied Information Technology & Human Resources at The University of Akron.
