Ginna Ng is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Zynik Capital Corporation since 2011, Ginna has also contributed as a Steering Committee Member and Interim CFO at Monti Kids since 2016. Previous positions include Controller at Pulse Tracer Technologies from 2009 to 2018 and at BioBeats, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, as well as Controller at BASIS Science for a brief period in 2010-2011. Ginna's educational background includes a Master of Forensic Accounting from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting, and a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Currently enrolled in the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, Ginna is well-equipped with expertise in financial forensics, fraud investigation, and corporate governance.
