Ulises A Garcia has significant law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in Conroe, Texas, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ulises worked as a Deputy Constable at Harris County Precinct 4 and as a Police Officer for the City of Baytown from February 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Kinship Specialist III for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, a Case Manager and Assistant Case Manager at Southwest Key Program, and a Passenger Service Agent at Swissport. Education includes a Bachelor's of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Basic Peace Officer Course from Houston Community College.
