Lynn Epps is currently a Board Member at MONTGOMERY COUNTY SCHOOLS. Prior to this, they worked as the Court Administrator/Director of DUI/Drug Court at Cherokee County State Court from January 1997 to March 2012. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and managing non-judicial matters under the guidance of a judge, collaborating with the judge to establish, implement, monitor and facilitate court policy and procedure, and recruiting, selecting, training, developing and counseling court employees. Lynn also prepared the court's budget, administered accounting, purchasing, payroll and financial control functions, and evaluated opportunities for technologies that would expand the capacity of the court system. As Director of DUI/Drug Court, they managed, marketed and supervised all aspects of the court, collaborated with all stakeholders to establish, implement, monitor and facilitate court policy and procedures, and served as chair of the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court business meetings.

Lynn Epps has a Master Certificate in Court Administration from the Georgia Council of Court Administrators and a BBA in Business from American InterContinental University.
