Donald Wharton Jr. has extensive experience in education and sales, currently serving as a Teacher and Workforce Learning Coordinator focused on College and Career Readiness at Montgomery County Public Schools since August 2011. In addition, Donald has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Frederick Community College for the Hospitality Management program since August 2008. As Chief Learning Officer at Wharton and Associates, Donald designs culinary and hospitality after-school programs for students in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at NPCG - Silver Spring and Department Chairperson at Prince Georges County School District. Donald has held various sales management positions in the natural foods market, with a notable track record of increasing sales and managing teams. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Administration / Educational Leadership from Trinity University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Southern Illinois University, along with certifications from the National Restaurant Association.
