Benjamin Legum serves as the Board’s General Counsel. He is an Associate County Attorney and joined the County in 2018. Previously, he was an Assistant Attorney General with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General and counsel to a local commercial real estate developer. Ben is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio, and has a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
