Carlos Odstrcil is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in mineral exploration and project management. Currently serving as a Geologist at Montgomery & Associates since June 2020, Carlos supervises various exploration projects including those with Rio Tinto, Lilac Solutions, and Galaxy Lithium. Previous roles include Project Geologist at Millennial Lithium Corp. and Field Geologist positions at Mariana Lithium Corp. and International Lithium Corp., where responsibilities included monitoring drilling operations and managing sampling protocols. Carlos began their career as a Junior Geologist at ULEX S.A. and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
