Katherine Swartling is a seasoned proposal manager with experience in developing and managing proposals for government solicitations at Monterey Technologies, Inc. Since June 2023, Katherine has utilized MS 365 Suite applications to enhance proposal processes and has written original content for proposals without the use of AI. Previously, Katherine served as a Technical Proposal Writer at Allegient Defense and DLH Corporation, where responsibilities included writing RFI and RFP responses and securing a significant contract with the DHA. Katherine's diverse background also includes private teaching and roles such as Executive Assistant and English Teacher for international clients, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
