Sandra Ortega is a Food & Nutrition Services Coordinator at the Monterey County Office of Education. Prior to this, Sandra worked as a Baker/Cook at North Monterey County Unified School District and as a Baker/Pastry Chef at The Bakery Station. Sandra also has experience as a Baker at Lauren's Kitchen Biscotti and Gluten Free Gourmet, LLC. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of California - Sunnyvale.
