Chris comes to MBARI from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where he was a Development Engineer. There, he performed testing, calibration, and repair of Spray gliders in the laboratory, as well as participated in glider deployments and recoveries. He possesses a Masters Degree in Applied Ocean Science from U.C. San Diego and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
