Semiramis Lora, also known as Semi, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Montefiore Health System, where responsibilities include facilitating communication between hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires, as well as supporting onboarding for over 30 new hires and transfers during a two-week cycle. In addition to this role, Semiramis is a member of Psi Chi The International Honor Society in Psychology. Previous experience includes working as an ABA therapist at Proud Moments ABA, providing clinical skills instruction to children with autism and utilizing CentralReach ABA software for data management. Semiramis has also held positions as a Retail Sales Associate at Clarks and an Office Assistant at Best Team Inmobiliaria. Semiramis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College and an Associate of Arts from CUNY Bronx Community College.
