Lou Cain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the wine industry and engineering. Currently a partner at Monte De Oro Winery since March 2002, Lou has also held various roles, including Technical Review Associate - Medical at TUV Rheinland North America Group from July 2015 to February 2024, and Office Manager at Schug Winery LLC from August 2006 to September 2013. With a comprehensive engineering foundation, Lou worked as an Applications Support Engineer at Teradyne Connection Systems and as a Functional Test Engineer at Alcatel. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by a Master Catechist degree from Santa Rosa Diocese.
