Rachael Bohns is an experienced Organizational Change Management Practitioner at the State of Montana since February 2017, focusing on implementing enterprise change management within the Department of Transportation. In addition, Rachael serves as the Business Analyst Supervisor and Business System Analyst for the HELENA LACROSSE CLUB while leading the girls middle school lacrosse teams as Head Coach. Previously, Rachael worked as a Change Management Senior Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, where training and communication plans for PeopleSoft platform implementation were developed. Earlier in Rachael's career, as an Administrator at Camden Partners, management of record management system analysis occurred, along with experience as a Logistics Sales Associate at Old Navy. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
