Alёna Romanenko is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive talent acquisition and organizational research. Currently serving as Portfolio Talent Principal at Montagu since October 2024, Alёna previously held significant roles at Visa, including Global Head of Research and Executive Talent Acquisition and International Executive Talent Acquisition Associate, where contributions were made to a Fortune 500 technology payments company. Alёna's earlier experience includes roles at Spencer Stuart, where expertise in the technology and telecommunications sectors was developed as Practice Associate, and Cantab Marketing Services as Marketing Team Lead for the DACH region. Educational qualifications include a Magister degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna and language studies at the Goethe-Institut in Minsk and Belarusian State University.
