Malcolm helps clients achieve a wide range of objectives; from creating more diverse employment, housing and leisure offers well connected to surrounding land uses to setting up innovative public-private joint ventures.
Malcolm is also a Lecturer/Examiner at Glasgow University on their Real Estate Development Course.
