Derek Lescrinier has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Derek is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Rooms at Montage International since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, including Vice President of Rooms from April 2021 to September 2022 and Executive Director of Rooms Division from May 2017 to April 2021. Before joining Fontainebleau, Derek worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where they held positions such as Director of Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping & Laundry. Derek started their career at The Ritz-Carlton as a Front Desk Agent and gradually progressed through different positions.

Derek Lescrinier received a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Hotel Management with a concentration in Casino Management during the same time period and from the same institution.
