Chao Qu is a Senior Software Engineer at Monster Government Solutions, where since April 2016, Chao has led a team to design and build features that enhance the user experience in Job Seeking and Hiring Management, while also integrating new technologies to improve the company's tech stack. Prior to this role, Chao was a Software Engineer at the same company, focusing on enterprise-scale web applications and utilizing J2EE technologies. Before joining Monster Government Solutions, Chao worked as a Java Developer at Multivision, Inc., where responsibilities included designing, developing, and deploying enterprise web applications using Java7 and frameworks such as Spring and Struts. Chao holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
