Nadine Laskey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Monotch since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nadine worked at UEG as an HR-medewerker and at SD Worx as a Payroll Administrator MMI. Nadine began their career as a Recruiter at Dag1, a recruitment specialist for office functions, and has also conducted a graduation research project on the impact of generational differences on collaboration and turnover. Additional experience includes advising on daily banking matters at ABN AMRO and a position as an HR intern at Perfetti Van Melle. Nadine's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Labor Law & Employment Relations from Avans University of Applied Sciences, with further studies ongoing at Tilburg University.
