Bob Rowan is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Portfolio Company Board Member at Monomoy Capital Partners since 2022, Bob oversees brands in the outdoor spa sector. Prior to this, Bob was the Chief Executive Officer at UW Solutions from June 2020 to May 2023, where a transformation initiative was implemented, enhancing the company's performance culture. Bob's previous role as Chief Executive Officer of Jacuzzi Group Worldwide from July 2008 to April 2019 involved steering the organization through growth and strategic alignment. Bob's earlier career includes significant positions at Black & Decker, where leadership roles spanned multiple divisions, including Corporate Vice President and President of DeWALT Construction Tools. Bob holds a degree from Miami University, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
