Aritra Ghosh is an accomplished Senior Applications Engineer at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since September 2021, specializing in the development of high power systems. Prior to this role, Aritra gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, focusing on advanced topics such as CHIL implementation for medium voltage SiC grid interconnects and composite electric vehicle drivetrains. Aritra also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, contributing to the design and control of SiC composite boost EV drivetrains and grid-tied string inverters. Earlier research internship at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory involved GaN device analysis and characterization. Aritra holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
