Edisson S. serves as the Head of User Experience at Monokera since June 2023, focusing on enhancing the user experience for both B2B and B2C clients. Previously, Edisson was a consultant in innovation and digital transformation at EEstraTI, where expertise in technical knowledge and communication facilitated organizational success in the digital era. Edisson also contributed to the Alcaldía de Medellín's digital innovation efforts, directed the digital experience design team at Sistecrédito, and worked as an Agile Coach at everis. Other notable roles include leading UX research and design at Intergrupo and specializing in UX/UI at Chef® Company. Edisson’s educational background includes various degrees and specializations in fields related to user experience, digital communication, and agile methodologies from prestigious institutions.
