Dan Wighton is an experienced sports reporter and freelance journalist with a diverse background in media. Currently, Dan serves as a Sports Reporter for AFP since January 2015 and has held multiple freelance journalist roles since 2011, including positions with The Local, Conversant Media, and Never Content, the latter of which Dan co-founded in January 2018. Additionally, Dan has contributed as a freelance writer for Monocle since May 2016. Academically, Dan holds bachelor's degrees in Law and Journalism from Queensland University of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2010.
