Samantha Barker is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Monmouthshire Housing Association since September 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Financial Controller at Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association from December 2020 to September 2022, and served as Head of Finance at ABBEYFIELD WALES SOCIETY LIMITED from March 2018 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Divisional Finance Manager and Finance Officer at Abbeyfield from September 2014 to March 2018, as well as Management Accountant at EMCAS from October 2011 to September 2014.
