Lucie Wallace is an experienced social worker currently employed at Monmouthshire County Council since December 2021. Prior to this role, Lucie served as an Older Persons Social Worker at Caerphilly County Borough Council from September 2019 to December 2021. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Cardiff University, obtained in 2019, and has completed additional training as a Best Interests Assessor at Teesside University in 2022. Lucie's earlier career included work as a healthcare worker in forensic mental health at the Priory Group from 2015 to 2019 and various roles in conference and events coordination in the hospitality sector from 2013 to 2015. Academic background includes a degree in Criminology & Psychology from the University of Plymouth completed in 2012.
