Lisa Knight-Davies serves as a Senior Innovation Officer at Monmouthshire County Council, a position held since November 2011. In this role, Lisa leads initiatives aimed at service redesign to address budget cuts and community needs, focusing on systemic interventions. Prior to this, Lisa accumulated 24 years of experience in customer service within the same council, managing a team to provide frontline support. Lisa has also applied the Vanguard methodology across various departmental reviews, enhancing operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include attendance at Northampton and King Henry schools, as well as completion of a Vanguard Systems Thinking Course.
