Clare Hamer has a robust background in strategy and sustainable living, currently serving as the Strategy & Sustainable Living Manager at Monmouthshire County Council since July 2007. In this role, Clare oversees various services including assistive technology, disabled facilities grants, home improvement loans, and affordable housing initiatives. Prior positions at Monmouthshire County Council include Careline Telecare Officer and several administrative roles. Additionally, Clare has experience as a Letting Service Negotiator with Monmouthshire Letting Service and worked as a Gymnastics Instructor at Valleys Gymnastics Academy.
