Product Support Manager at Monitored Therapeutics

Amar Patel has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality, retail, and healthcare industries since 1996. In 1996, they began their career as an Electronic Sales Specialist at Staples Stores. Amar then moved on to become Manager at Presidential Inn in 1998. In 2003, they took on the role of Desktop Support Specialist at the University of Iowa's College of Public Health. In 2006, they began working at Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center as a Task Force, Operations Manager, and Interim General Manager. In 2007, they became the General Manager at Holiday Inn Express. In 2019, they took on the role of Service Experience Representative at Nordstrom. In 2020, they began working at UnitedHealthcare as a DSNP Navigator and Process Improvement Lab Operations Team (PILOT) member. Amar also began working as a Consultant at #GoSAPNAP. Finally, in 2022, they became a Product Support Specialist at Monitored Therapeutics, Inc.

Amar Patel has completed a High School Diploma from North High School. Amar then went on to receive an Associate of Arts - AA in Computer Science from Kirkwood Community College. Amar is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Optum, Scrum.org, Marriott International, and Holiday Inn Express since 2007.
