Nkoyo E. has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Nkoyo started their career at Jobberman.com in 2012, where they held various roles such as Talent Recruitment Specialist, Head of Recruitment Advertising, and Client Service Executive. Nkoyo was responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, placing adverts, and conducting career consultations. Their excellent team support led to a 15% increase in base salary for staff members.

In 2017, Nkoyo joined The Place Nigeria as an HR Supervisor, Recruitment, and later became the HR Business Partner for the Nightlife Business. Their responsibilities included coordinating recruitment activities, screening applications, and conducting interviews.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked at GTS Consulting Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and at U-Connect Human Resources Limited from 2021 to 2022 as a Recruitment Manager.
