Suganthi Mani is a seasoned engineer with a diverse background in software development and system engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at MongoDB since April 2018, Suganthi has progressed through roles from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Prior to MongoDB, Suganthi worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for nearly four years, focusing on NFS protocol performance, user space distributed filesystem development, and core data-path architecture for an object store. Additional experience includes a software engineering internship at Symantec, a graduate research assistantship at the University of Minnesota developing educational tools, and a tutoring role at the McNamara Academic Center. Suganthi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and dual bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Printing Technology from College of Engineering, Guindy.
